When a customer requests to integrate Zoom meetings and webinars on their website.

Support Scope: 

We download, install and enable this add-on if requested. Customer must register and connect a Zoom account through the API.

Requirements for Setup: 

Customer must generate and provide their zoom API keys

Installation: 

Go to: dashboard > plugins > add new > search for Video Conferencing with Zoom > Install and Activate

Configuration: 

To generate API Keys the CUSTOMER must follow the below steps:

1. Go to https://marketplace.zoom.us/develop/create and Sign in with your Zoom credentials.
2. Click on the Develop button drop down in the top right, then click on Build App from the list.
3. Click the Create button under the JWT option. Enter a title, most people use their business name here.
4. The next screen will display your API Key and API Secret Key. Copy and Paste these into the Zoom Meeting Settings in your WordPress Dashboard.  
5. Click Save Changes, then click Check API Connection. Once a successful connection has been established, refresh the dashboard and you will see that your Zoom Meetings menu now has the full options available to you. 

Configuration:

Once API Keys have been entered you can place a shortcode on the desired page. Shortcodes can be pulled from either the Settings menu in the dashboard or you can find more detailed shortcodes here: https://zoom.codemanas.com/shortcode/

Meeting pages will auto generate a new post type. The default layout should be sufficient, but if a customer requests a specific layout, you may create themer layouts for these.

Note: Meetings should be managed from the wordpress dashboard by the customer. We can set up test meetings for the customer, but we will not fully manage their Zoom account meetings for them.
