Slack Add-On

Use this plugin if specifically requested by a customer who uses Slack and wants to use Gravity Forms to automatically send notifications to a Slack channel.

Setup Scope: 

We download, install and enable this add-on if requested. Customer must authorize the add-on and take the reins.

Requirements for Setup: 
Slack account is required. Customer will ned to log into slack via their site to authorize the connection.

Installation: 

1. Download plugin from VPB
2. Go to: dashboard > plugins > add new > upload plugin > install now
3. Activate the add-on

Configuration: 

1. Log into your WordPress admin dashboard.
2. On the left side navigation menu, hover over Forms and click on Settings.
3. From this page, click the Slack tab.
4. This customer should take the reigns here. Click the button labeled Connect to Slack to begin authorizing the Slack add-on.
5. You will be sent to the Slack website and prompted to authorize the application to your team. Click Authorize. You will be sent back to your site, and Gravity Forms should display that the authorization is complete.
