Use this plugin if specifically requested by a customer who uses Slack and wants to use Gravity Forms to automatically send notifications to a Slack channel.

Support Scope:
We will install, activate, and configure settings based on the generated PDF worksheet.
The customer must authorize the add-on and take the reins.
Requirements for Setup:
The Functionality Form must be completed, and the PDF added to the project.
A Slack account is required. Customer will need to log into Slack via their site to authorize the connection.

Installation
- Download plugin from VPB
- Go to: dashboard > plugins > add new > upload plugin > install now
- Activate the add-on
