Description
Gravity Forms Advanced Post Creation Add-On allows you to create a post on submition of the form. You can create a standard post, a page, or use any available custom post type. Conditional Logic can also be used to only create a new post or page when you want to. You can also choose file upload fields on your form and the file will automatically be uploaded to the Media Library and assigned to the created post or page.

Installation
- Download plugin from VPB
- Go to: dashboard > plugins > add new > upload
- Activate the add-on
