Number of dynamic repeating items
If you have another field in the form and want to use the value of that field as a number of repeater blocks added to the form, use this option. For example, you asked the user to mention the number of people that he/she will be bringing to the restaurant. If you choose that field in the Field items count drop-down, the same number of repeater blocks will be added to the form.
Dynamic Data Replication:

Max and Min Number of Rows:
You have the option to set the maximum and minimum number of rows that can be added by the user. This gives you control over the number of repeated sections or entries allowed in the form. You can leave these fields empty for no limit, allowing users to add as many rows as needed.
Initial Rows:
You can specify the number of rows that are initially displayed when the form loads. If you leave this field empty, no rows will be created initially, and users can add rows as required.
