UPS Shipping Method is only available on plans that are on Managed WooCommerce.
Installation:
UPS Shipping Method is part of Managed WooCommerce and is installed and activated from WooCommerce Extensions in the WordPress dashboard.
Dashboard > WooCommerce > Extensions > UPS Shipping Method (Install/Activate)
